Info About Sally Brooker

Sally Brooker – Director of Care

Sally has over 33 years experience in the care industry, working with many client groups including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, elderly, mental health, challenging behaviour, autism, aspergers, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, cerebral palsy and Retts syndrome.


Sally joined Westhope in early 2005 and was involved in all aspects of setting up our first care home Westhope Mews, which opened in August 2005. Since then, Sally has been involved in opening our next two homes, Westhope Place in 2009 and Westhope Lodge in 2011.

Sally’s responsibilities include the set up and monitoring of an independent Quality Assurance and Audit Framework to ensure the quality of care and management practices in all of Westhope’s homes.

Sally is one of our in-house trainers and delivers all mandatory training to all staff.
