We believe in delivering quality care and to do this we must have the best and most passionate people who are committed to making a difference. The teams within our homes and office work within a friendly and supportive environment.

Our staff have to be special to do the jobs they do. Our work is challenging but immensely rewarding. Working in a care home or specialist care facility allows you to really build relationships with the Service Users and their relatives.

Westhope aims to be an equal opportunity employer and is determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of sex, disability, religious belief, marital status, colour, race or ethnic origins, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.
